Landwalker Studio is an independent software studio based in Sydney. We build native macOS apps for people who spend too much time on the small, unglamorous parts of running a business.

Our first app. Sorted pulls invoices from Gmail, verifies payee bank details against a local address book, pushes bills into Xero as accounts-payable invoices, and generates ABA payment files ready for internet banking. All processing happens on your Mac — no cloud middleman.

What Sorted actually does

• Reads bills straight from monitored Gmail labels or a watched local folder
• Extracts amounts, dates, and bank details on-device using PDFKit + Vision OCR
• Verifies bank details against your address book, catching supplier detail changes before you pay the wrong account
• Creates bills in Xero (Accounts Payable) with the source PDF attached
• Generates bank-agnostic ABA files for CommBank, NAB, ANZ, Westpac, Macquarie, ING, Bendigo, and Suncorp
